Buckskin Gulch is a gulch and slot canyon. It is one of the main tributaries of the Paria River, which is itself a minor tributary of the Colorado River. At over 13 miles (21 km) long, Buckskin Gulch is the longest and deepest slot canyon in the Southwestern United
States (and possibly the longest in the world). There are four access routes to the canyon, Buckskin Trailhead, Wire Pass Trailhead, White House Trailhead and Lee's Ferry. There is a $6 per person access fee, which can be paid online ahead of time or on site through a cash/check drop box.
