89 / Emerald Bay Road

Emerald Bay Road, in South - West Lake Tahoe, is part of Highway 89. Route is very scenic, perched high above two beautiful mountain lakes and views of valleys several feet below you. Riding the ridge that separates Emerald Bay from Cascade Lake is a lifetime
experience. Route is steep with sections up to 9%. It is a two-lane road.
